Please use this form to register for Trail Life USA metro Atlanta events.

Troop Number* Enter the Trail Life USA or American Heritage Girls Troop number
Troop Type* Select the type of Troop you are registering
Troop location* Enter the city and state where your Troop is chartered
Campmaster Name* Enter the name of the Troop Campmaster or representative leader
Campmaster Phone* Enter the phone number of the Troop Campmaster or representative leader
Campmaster Email* Enter the email address of the Troop Campmaster or representative leader
Youth Participating* Enter the number of youth (ages 5-17) that you are expecting to attend the event
Adults Participating* Enter the number of adults (ages 18+) that you are expecting to attend the event
Additional Comments/Other If applicable, enter any additional requested information or comments
